4. Online Diesel Purchases

• Pricing and Availability: Prices for diesel fuel are updated directly by the sellers. However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will have the right to cancel your order or offer you the opportunity to purchase the diesel fuel at the correct price.
• Payment: You agree to pay for all diesel fuel purchased through the Service using a valid payment method. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your payment is declined. All diesel transactions on The Service are on Pay at Checkout basis.
• Delivery: We may offer delivery of diesel fuel for certain orders. Delivery fees and timelines will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the diesel fuel delivery at the designated time and location.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for diesel fuel purchased through the Service passes to you upon delivery.
• Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of the product, we may not be able to accept returns or offer refunds for diesel fuel purchases. However, we will consider returns or refunds on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect deliveries.
